The API is not a separate price book. It uses the same enabled products, channel rules, and client-facing pricing that the customer sees in the BoslogShip portal.

Does the API use a separate price?

No. API workflows use the same client-facing price logic as the BoslogShip portal for enabled products and channels.

Can API orders be cancelled?

Yes. API orders can follow the BoslogShip cancellation workflow. Carrier/provider rules and BoslogShip review logic still apply.
